Awesome Misty

Misty is a deep brown, very pretty mare with classic Quarter Horse looks.  She stands 15 hh and is athletic, correct and good minded.  She has been successful in the NRHA arena as a money and point earner and is only 3 points short of her ROM. 

In 2006, we had the opportunity to breed her to an outstanding young stallion and chose to do that rather than finish her ROM.  Since then, she has been a highly successful producer here on the ranch as she has given us a several athletic, good-minded babies.  She will continue her broodmare career here for now as she is bred to Sixes Pick for a 2011 foal, but she is also an outstanding horse to compete on so we may have her back in the arena someday.

We have bred her to Wolf Creek Red Buck, our stallion the last three years to make for an incredible cross each year. 
Her 2008 colt, Razor, should make another solid ranch horse. 
Her 2009 colt, Cougar, is just an incredible prospect with a amazing pedigree.
Her 2010 colt, Buck, nice buckskin performance prospect
We bred her to Sixes Pick For 2011 foal and she had a little bay filly that should be a super athletic, performance prospect.
She is bred to Wolf Creek for 2012.
